Quit Rock! Their sound and energy reflect a band that has had 12 years to evolve. Originally influenced by bands such as the Doughboys, Dag Nasty, and Agent Orange, their music has grown into an original brand of rock that can only be described as Quit. Quit has appeared at South by Southwest, New Music Seminar, and done gigs/tours with Fugazi, Descendents/All, the Doughboys, Hot Water Music, Less Than Jake, Jawbox, Samiam, Small Brown Bike, and others. Most recently, they completed a tour of the Southeast with No Idea recording artists, Fay Wray. Quit is originally from sunny, South Florida and now resides in Boston. Look for a new album out in early 2001.
