Boston based One-Man-Band, Joe Sorrentino, is known as, Twenty Past Two, performing popular radio rock covers, mainly of the 80's, 90's, through today, while mixing in his own catchy, heartfelt, radio-friendly, original rock songs that will keep you moving until Twenty Past Two in the morning.   Sorrentino started writing songs back when he was in high school in the early nineties.  Throughout his college years he formed his first band called "Soulacious", which won the All State College Battle of the Bands in 2000, followed by his next band "Central Ave" in 2009.  In 2013, Sorrentino formed Twenty Past Two, which originally started as a quartet, then later became a solo project.

Sorrentino delivers a unique show experience like no other, as he sings and plays along on guitar to custom pre-recorded backing instrument and vocal tracks, which are synced up to video screens beside him.  Sorrentino sets himself apart from other solo acts by delivering a full band sound along with stunning, eye popping visual displays. Twenty Past Two is a complete audio/visual experience where fans leave asking for more.
The band name pays tribute to dedicated fans of local live music, who support a band they came to see by staying out until closing time at 2AM and still don't want the night to end.  Twenty Past Two is the time after a band has finished playing in Boston, where those left standing are still out with their friends waiting for late night munchies near by.
In addition to recording and performing music live, Sorrentino is also the former host and producer of a local Needham based television show called "The Local Music Scene", where Sorrentino featured interviews and performances by some of the best bands of the MetroWest Region.  Sorrentino is currently a producer and videographer for Charter TV3 in Worcester, MA.
