The Soft Rocks are a three piece hailing from Quincy Ma. The band formed in 1998 when two best friends, Andy and John, teamed up with a professional guitarist named Bill. Andy and John were accomplished singers, espicially at the art of improvising, and when teamed with the superior acoustic skills of Bill and his classical guitar formed a mainstay to the local scene. The band has a devout following of people who laugh at the bands love of music and, espicially, women. The two signers are not afraind to sing about what they look for in a woman, what they love in women...a little sex. The music is so quiet, the ever-changing lyrics so funny that Bill changed his name and joined the band a as a full time member. Cancelling a tour with Brian Adams in the process.
