The Collective, a Rhode Island ("heavy/rock") group, was formed in October 1999 with the sole purpose of getting signed and touring internationally.With this common goal, the Collective set off on a regional search for a vocalist, with the look, voice, and history, to lead the band.The search ended with a 27 year old named E. LEE CON aka "E-MAN"The Collective's goal is to join the ranks of other Southern New England Heavy/Rock acts who have put the northeast back on the musical map.
